I'm Adam Irving, your Reform UK candidate for Norland Ward. I live on your street. I see what's happening to our neighbourhood every single day. And I'm not letting them get away with it.

Election Day: Thursday 7 May 2026
Norland Ward is currently held by the Conservatives. Time for change.
I'm 33 years old. I live on Princedale Road with my husband Rami, in the heart of Norland ward.
Every single day, I'm a full-time carer for my 88-year-old grandfather. That means navigating RBKC's systems constantly — council tax support, adult social care, housing. I know exactly where the system works and where it completely falls apart.
I'm standing for council because nobody else is holding them accountable.
I've documented the real impact on residents — the stories the council doesn't want you to hear. Every claim on this site is sourced from official council minutes, BBC reporting, or RBKC's own published statements.
On May 7th, I'm asking for your vote. Not because I want to be a politician — because someone needs to make them answer for this mess.
RBKC has been run by the Conservatives for decades. Here's what happened — documented through BBC News, RBKC's own statements, official council votes, and FOI responses.
A criminal cyber attack hits RBKC, Westminster, and Hammersmith & Fulham — all sharing the same IT systems. RBKC later confirms that resident data was "copied and taken away" by the attackers. The council spends over £12 million a year on IT security. It wasn't enough.
Data Breach — 3 Councils HitDirect debit collections are paused for over four months — from the day of the attack right through to 31 March 2026. When collections finally resume, residents are hit with one lump payment covering everything outstanding. Vulnerable residents — including my grandfather — are left without clarity on what they owe.
4 Months of ChaosFull Council votes to reduce the Council Tax Reduction Scheme by 10%. Over 5,000 households who previously paid zero council tax are now being asked to pay for the first time. Over 8,000 working-age households affected in total. The council blames government funding cuts — but the timing, weeks after their own cyber disaster, is no coincidence.
5,000+ Households HitFull Council approves a 4.99% rise — the maximum allowed without triggering a referendum. That's £53.85 extra per year on a Band D property. Plus a new 100% premium on second homes. They're also making £21 million in "savings" through redundancies while asking you to pay more.
+4.99% Tax RiseNo senior staff dismissed. No independent review published. The council still won't say exactly whose data was taken — only that they're "assessing" it, five months later. Your 2026/27 council tax bills have been delayed to "early summer." They're hoping you'll forget before polling day.
No AccountabilityThree non-negotiable demands. Not vague promises — specific actions I'll push for from day one.
Publish the complete cyber attack findings. Whose data was "copied and taken away"? Five months later, the council is still "assessing" — that's not good enough. Residents deserve to know if their personal data is at risk.
Commission an independent governance review. The council spent £12 million a year on IT security and still got breached. Three councils shared the same vulnerable systems. Who signed off on that? If the private sector fires people for data breaches, why doesn't the council?
Reverse the 10% council tax support cut. Over 5,000 households are now paying council tax for the first time. The 4.99% increase — the maximum before a referendum — is funding their mistakes, not your services. Protect the residents who need it most.
